In addition to the fact that many organizations do keep a reservoir of talent on file in case of turnover or other needs, I feel that I have a great deal to offer.

I want to reiterate that I am highly motivated, love the work I do, and have a record of real accomplishments. My resume makes reference to genuine accomplishments with "A track record of creating and executing product plans, designing and refining business processes, facilitating strategic acquisitions, and communicating a corporate vision to staff, senior management, the BOD, customers and investors."

Those words aren't just catchy phrases but represent what I am all about.
